If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Humbl Bites purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to request a refund of up to £40 per customer. This guarantee is available for each customer once per year and is applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or if you find any quality issue with your product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order, including a photo where possible, and we'll gladly make it right, whether that's a replacement or a full refund.

Allergen and Ingredient Concerns:

Please review our ingredient and allergen information carefully before purchasing. Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds where the product has been consumed and the ingredients were clearly listed at the point of sale.
